郑洪弢，清华大学动力工程及工程热物理专业博士。

曾任新奥能源控股有限公司执行董事及执行主席，新奥天然气股份有限公司总裁及执行董事，天津国际油气交易中心董事长、中海石油气电集团贸易分公司副经理、常务副总经理。

在大型上市公司经营管理，战略规划、组织构建及能力建设、资产并购及优化、风险控制、商务谈判、能源产业互联网，基于AIGC的天然气产业应用、LNG资源采购及贸易、LNG船运、天然气销售、光伏发电、综合能源等方面有非常丰富的经验。在LNG、多联产能源系统、能源战略、能源经济等领域发表过20余篇论文，曾参与中国国家天然气规划、液化天然气规划编制、天然气价格改革咨询等工作。2015年以来在核心期刊《国际石油经济》任编委。

Hongtao Zheng, Ph.D. in Power Engineering from Tsinghua University.

 Former Executive Director and Executive Chairman of ENN Energy Holdings Limited, President and Executive Director of ENN Natural Gas Co., Ltd., Chairman of Tianjin International Oil and Gas Trading Center, Executive Vice President of Trade Branch at CNOOC Gas and Power Group. 

He has extensive experience in the management of large listed companies, strategic planning, organizational development and capacity building, asset acquisition and optimization, risk control, business negotiations, energy industry internet, AIGC-based natural gas industry applications, LNG resource procurement and trade, LNG shipping, natural gas sales, photovoltaic power generation, and integrated energy. He has published over 20 papers in fields including LNG, polygeneration energy systems, energy strategy, and energy economics, and has participated in the formulation of national natural gas plans, LNG plans, and natural gas price reform consultations in China. Since 2015, he has served as an editorial board member of the core journal International Petroleum Economics.
